On XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX called me from the staples location saying she was closing my checking account and provided no reason. She said I would have full access to the account until XX/XX/XXXX I went in to the branch at XX/XX/XXXX withdrew XXXX and went back later to withdraw the rest of my funds to put in my other bank since frost was closing my account for no reason and wouldnt provide a reason and was very rude when I asked why. They refused to release any of my funds and were withholding my money from all my accounts and wouldnt tell me why. They were stealing my funds. I want my funds released to me immediately
