To whom it may concern, Hello. My name is XXXX XXXX. I hold a student loan through AES under XXXX. My account number is XXXX. Through XXXX, I sent fraud paperwork their way 3 times and only once was this responded to. The response DID NOT include the opportunity to speak with anyone or further have the opportunity for further investigation. They did not provide a reason nor provide an opportunity to appeal. My fraud documents included a police report that proved this loan was taken out by a parent, who forged my signature. They included a detailed explanation regarding the fraud details, including how this was discovered and how I was falsely led to believe this was XXXX of my loans, when in fact, my parent used the loan to pay off their own debts and expenses. Over the last few years, I notifies AES of the following and have YET to have ANY ation on their end or work to resolve this. I am letting AES know I am pursuing this further with multiple agencies, as AES did NOT provide the following : 1. Access to the reasons why it was denied 2. AES Did NOT respond to 2 of my 3 requests ( only responded to my certified mail copy ) 3. AES Did NOT provide access to an individual to discuss this case with ( no direct connection to the fraud department via phone or email ) 4. AES did prevented further investigation and follow up for the consumer, who was fraudulently lead into paying and being responsible for this loan. 5. AES did NOT honor the police report and detailed complaint regarding the fraudulent activity 6. AES DISMISSED my case and did not follow through 7. AES DOES NOT have the consumers best interest, safety and needs at heart I have tried to resolve this by paying off a reduced lump sum but XXXX refuses to speak with me nor approve a settlement. XXXX will not speak or directly communicate with me. I have tried to fight this for years and am in need of help.
