I immediately contacted customer service via chat and requested a refund for the unauthorized charge, which was confirmed and processed within three days. To my shock and desperation, on XX/XX/XXXX, the full amount was charged again, without any warning or explanation, once again overdrawing my account now by more than {$3000.00}. When I contacted support, I was told that the previous refund was a mistake and that I now have to wait 7 to 15 business days for a resolution.
