The company provides discounts to sign up for paperless statements but when I did sign up, I missed my bill so I called to pay my bill Info that was back in XXXX and today when I try to use my card, it was declined because apparently, since then I keep getting charge fees and interest since when I called to pay in full, they didnt include the fees and interest. When I tried to pay over what I owed the little {$8.00} fee and interest I said Im just gon na be charged more since I didnt know I was being charged and they wouldnt let me pay more so Ive XXXX now sent an additional XXXX dollars to the company hoping that that will then stop the additional fees. This is with the XXXX XXXX synchrony credit card rewards. I never was able to use any rewards or given any awards that I know of. I just want the fees and interest to stop when I went today to buy something. I couldnt even use their credit card. I had to use my other credit card. When I tried to switch to paper statements since it is difficult to get the paperless ones, they said I will be charged a fee so I just have them cancel the card and hopefully my additional check to them will stop any additional fees.
