I had my payroll check deposited into account. It was verified. They asked me questions where the money came from. Then on XX/XX/XXXX they closed the account with a Balnce XXXX. They will not send me the check for my money. I have called everyday. They won't send the check and now it has become stolen money by citi bank. The emotional XXXX that this has cause me. I can not pay my bills or eat because of this. That money is not theirs and they refuse to send me the check after closing the account. When I asked why they have no answers.
