XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX, 2025 I applied for a prepaid card on Sezzle it's a buy now pay later site. You make a total of 4 payments one of them being an initial down payment. I purchased it for the full amount of {$800.00} which required a {$200.00} down payment. I only used {$410.00} out of the {$800.00}. The remaining {$390.00} went back to Sezzle to be used for another purchase but I never did receive the {$100.00} that should have been given back to my bank account. The company wants to use this so called policy stuff. I have used this company before and whatever was not used would get credited back, not for this particular purchase. The company tried withdrawing {$200.00} out of my account on XX/XX/XXXX. Which as stated the payments and their policies state two weeks that was a week later and they scheduled several other payments which equals to be a total of {$600.00}. I contacted my bank and they refunded me the {$100.00} back. I reached out on several occasions to discuss this matter the only response I got back is basically stating a policy not taking accountability for this. Now they have taken money out and caused an overdraft. This was not the schedule their system set up.it was retaliation and I want this fixed.
