Consumer Narrative
XX/XX/year> my computer was hacked. I received a text from Citibank asking if I made a wire transfer for {$49000.00}. I responded No and was texted a phone number to call and open a fraud dispute. I also went to Citibank and had a fraud dispute form filled out and had it notarized. I spoke with Citibank numerous times and Denial letters were mailed to me. They said I gave access to the person who performed the wire transfer every time I received the letter of denial. I kept telling them my computer was hacked.
