A message was left that I had a suspicious charge on my Bank of America card which was declined and a hold for purchases was put on hold.They said I had to call them back to verify fraudalent charge.I did call, a so be Bank of America employee answered, asked for my phone #, crd #, XXXX #, date of birth, last XXXX digits of SS, he kept trying to send a message to my cell phone so I would verify info, he kept having a difficult time then he said his supervisor was coming on line, I hung up.I instead called card # on chg card, had them cancel card and decline charge and an additional charge that was made while on the phone with the person impersonating a Bank of AM employee.
