I have previously complained abt the actions of Synchrony XXXX. They responded t my complaint and I then sent a response to the CFPB and was dismayed to see my complaint has been closed. Synchrony stated in their rely to CFPB they would allow me to continue to receive paper stations and also allow me to obtain my statements electronically ; however, they have NOT provided me with the opportunity to view any of my statements electronically. I am requesting CFPb please reopen this case and not close it until you have gotten word from me that Synchrony has done as they stated they would. I also have another complaint about their practice and will submit that as a separate complaint. As a XXXX person living alone w no outside help, I have been used to doing my bills the same way for almost 50 years and that's with paper statements. I should not be penalized nor prohibited from viewing my statement online as well as continue to receive paper statements.
