Company : Mohela Source : XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year> Issue : Mohela reported account 120 days past due Impact : Credit score drop of XXXX points, Very good to Fair Balance : XXXX What Happened : In early XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX about PSLF. I am a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXr for 15 years. I was told once I consolidated my loans, they would be forgiven. Apparently the loans were transferred to Mohela which I was not informed of. I received emails from Mohela but thought it was spam/scam-I never heard of Mohela. Until XX/XX/year> when all of my credit reports dropped XXXX. I contacted XXXX who corrected the error. XXXX and XXXX still have this incorrect data. As soon as I saw my loans were not forgiven and transferred to Mohela I paid everything to make current. I tried to call Mohela and they were of no assistance. I would like Mohela to correct the 120 day delinquency which destroyed my credit rating. I am still applying for PSLF. Thanks, XXXX
