On XX/XX/year>, I had fraudulent charges that occurred in XXXX, GA ( I live in Illinois and can prove I was in IL at the time of transactions ). There were three {$200.00} ATM withdrawals from my checking account ( total {$600.00} ) and {$25000.00} withdrawn from my savings account which occurred via in person branch transaction ( withdrawal slip attached - signature does not match my documented signature and clearly shows an entirely different name was signed at the beginning then scratched out - this should have raised red flags with the employees processing the transaction but I was never notified during or after the withdrawal ). I immediately called Chase to report fraud and also went in person to the XXXX XXXX branch on XX/XX/year>. I was told that my money would be returned to based on the fact that I was physically in IL when this occurred and that the signature on the withdrawal slip did not match my signature. My claim has since been denied by Chase and I have requested it be escalated. I have also requested information regarding what steps they took to investigate this fraud and have not been provided any of this.
