To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against JPMorgan Chase Bank and its collections department for unauthorized and improper handling of a rejected New York State tax refund deposit. On XX/XX/year> the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX attempted to deposit my state tax refund a total of {$3100.00} into a Chase bank account that had already been closed. Despite the account closure, Chase Collections accepted the funds without my authorization or prior notice.
