I bank a Old National bank where I have three bank accounts. On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed that several large sums of money had been withdrawn from my bank account ending in XXXX and had gone into a someone else 's account without my permission. The following were the unauthorized transactions XX/XX/XXXX, {$1500.00}, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, {$1500.00} XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX {$870.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX {$870.00} XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, {$570.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX {$500.00} XXXX XXXXXXXX. I filed a claim to get this money back on XX/XX/XXXX thru XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Indiana branch. XXXX XXXX thought the bank would honor the claim because I did no online banking on any of my accounts. The bank credited me {$1900.00} and denied the rest of the claim because they said the rest of the claim had happened outside of 60 days. However, {$4700.00} was taken from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX when I reported the loss which was within 60 days. The amount that should have been refunded back to me should have been {$4700.00} and not {$1900.00}. I have copies of all the emails I sent regarding this matter. I was told later by a XXXX XXXX employee that the employees were told not to help me and this was happening to a lot of people.
