My XXXX XXXX is apparently revoked, account ends in XXXX. It is not apparent if account closed. I am unable to use card as revoked, not clear if closed. Ive attempted to clarify account status, if closed or not, unable to do so. If in fact closed, I will discard card. In case account remains revoked indefinitely, I request account closed as I am unable to use card and no reason to have it open.
