I purchased concert tickets on XX/XX/XXXX, {$240.00}, using my Paypal Mastercard, ending # XXXX, the concert was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. I received a notice from XXXX XXXX that it had been postponed. After a few months of NO communication, I wrote twice for a refund. The response was canned ; they never addressed my requests. We are now in XX/XX/XXXX, still there has been no communication of a new date of which I'm no longer interested, nor a notice of refund. I later contacted Sychrony Bank and sent a charge dispute, I did this three times, the latest dispute was sent XX/XX/XXXX. I had to call, XX/XX/XXXXXXXX for an update at which time I was told my claim was denied and that I would receive notice. Today is XX/XX/XXXX, still No notice from Sychrony Bank or a notice of my claim on their site.
