I enrolled in the XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX program on XX/XX/year>. I submitted a cancellation request on XX/XX/year>XXXX within the allowed cancellation period and before using any services. I have email evidence showing I asked to cancel, and a follow-up email from XXXX on XX/XX/year>, providing a withdrawal form. Despite this, Ascent Funding says I owe a {$3300.00} loan ( now increased to {$4700.00} ). I never accessed the course, never attended classes, and never received any services. I reached out to XXXX several times and even sent a final legal notice, but they refused to take responsibility or notify Ascent. I have emails showing my requests were acknowledged but ignored. Ascent says they are waiting for the school to confirm cancellation. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a loan I do not owe. This has caused me serious emotional stress and financial hardship.
