On XX/XX/year>2025, I carried out an exchange transaction for an amount of {$3000.00} USD through a XXXX XXXX. The person with whom I made the exchange sent me the funds through three transfers via XXXX, distributed as follows : {$2000.00} {$990.00} {$310.00} I received these amounts in my bank account without noticing any irregularities, and trusting in the good faith of the counterparty, I proceeded to release the agreed funds in the exchange. However, I noticed that an amount higher than agreed upon had been sent ( {$3300.00} in total ), so I decided to return the excess {$310.00} to the same person. Subsequently, a nightmare began : the bank notified me that the transfers received had been reported as fraudulent and decided to close my account. In addition, they are charging those amounts to me, which has caused me serious harm. I have tried to contact the bank multiple times to dispute the charges and explain what happened, but I have not obtained any solution. I have been transferred from one department to another without concrete answers. In the first call I made, a representative even informed me that I could not open a dispute or be offered a solution.
