In XXXX of XXXX submitted a credit application for the Synchrony XXXX XXXX XXXX. The card was received on XX/XX/XXXX, before activating called and spoke to XXXX to verified that the promotion was indeed placed on this new card which it was and discussed the terms of the offer with her. On XX/XX/XXXX, called and spoke with XXXX to see if I had met the {$1000.00} spending, which she stated that I had satisfied the requirements for the {$100.00} credit. On XX/XX/XXXX, made a in full payment for the amount due on the credit card less the promotional credit amount that should be received. On XX/XX/XXXX called and spoke with XXXX which advised me that the credit should show at the end of this statement cycle. On XX/XX/XXXX called and spoke to XXXX and she stated that I would see the credit at the end of this statement cycle. On XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached ), a second letter was received from Synchrony Bank stating the same as the first letter, " We are pleased to inform you that your request has been processed ''. On XX/XX/XXXX called and spoke to XXXX and asked to speak to a manager. She asked about the issue, and I informed her, and she placed me on hold to speak with her manager. She came back and informed me that the manager will see to it that the credit is placed on my account. I then asked about the late fees and interest, and she stated that she would remove the interest and late fees. I then asked for a confirmation number, and she gave me ID # XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached ), received a letter that my credit limit had dropped from $ XXXX to {$250.00} and it has lowered my credit score. I went online and my account is still showing late fees and interest charged to my account.
