As I am currently doing the research about this current garnishment case, I am noticing how Ragan & Ragan handled this case and yes! They need to be investigated and shut down immediately! This so called firm is suppose to represent the Law, but is breaking the Law at the same time! Their reviews back this claim up from other clients who have complained about their unprofessionalism and several called them out as scam artist, and I already presented my evidence to this platform ; even upon looking at their website, the platform looks amateur at best! To get to the issue at hand, Ive put in a few complaints and I want to add one more because not only did Ragan & Ragan sue me more than one time on the same case ; they not only sued me increasing the amount originally owed, they also went past the statute of limitations and this case was already ruled and had a settlement with a limit of 2 years ; Ragan & Ragan was given the 2 Year Rule and they still went past that Its also the part where I wasnt even notified of these attempts to collect a debt except in XXXX and thats only because after looking at case inquiries online, Ragan & Ragan did transfer the case to be serviced in my jurisdiction of XXXX XXXX after putting in the suit in XXXX XXXX, GA the same yearafter thatthere was no more communications. But then then in XXXX, only because I was trying to clean up my credit, I was given an offer to claim bankruptcy and start over on a plan to consolidate my debt upon which one of those debts at the time was the hospital bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX that was still in the hands of Ragan & Ragan ; but mind you, Ragan & Ragan already was ruled in XXXX for the 2 year Rule, so by XXXX, Ragan & Ragans 2 years had been up and so was the Statute of Limitations, or so I thought??? So NOW Im looking at the case file today and noticed Ragan & Ragan turned around AGAIN to try to sue for the same case AGAIN ANOTHER 3 years later in XXXX putting in a motion for Garnishment against a former employer and that case is still pending today because I terminated my employment with that employer a couple of years prior to that attempt by Ragan & Ragan for a better opportunity only to be informed in XXXX that Ragan & Ragan sued me AGAIN!!! Upon this time being serviced late just days before the hearing and it was just 2 weeks ago in XX/XX/XXXX I was garnished because my employer was sent a copy of a sheet of paper document demanding a cease of my wages and a letter from my employer that they was complying until a letter from the courts says otherwise. This whole time Im being sued and the only notifications of any debt I get was in the beginning in XXXX, and thats only because I was serviced by XXXX XXXX at the time, and this very last timebasically Ragan & Ragan has harassed all of my employers both past and present despite the fact that they was already given their casetheir case was dismissed, the Statute of Limitations was met, and all the while I am uninformed of it all. Ragan & Ragan does not need to be operating on top of the fact that Ragan & Ragan is not even XXXX certified meaning they are not a credible company.
