Ive been a Chase customer since 2006. I have XXXX credit cards with them and I have in the past had XXXX mortgages. I found out yesterday XX/XX/XXXX that all XXXX of my credit cards have been closed upon calling the XXXX number and speaking with a representative I was informed that I was being watched for fraudulent activity. I recently had some charges on my account that were not validated. Chase usually has a good program for reporting fraud, but supposedly I have being watched due to reporting them. They have since closed all XXXX of my credit cards and sent me letters, indicating Ive abuse the fraud system that they have in place. I receive no letters or statements, indicating that I was being watched. Or that my accounts were in jeopardy. By closing these accounts, they have not only jeopardized my ability to get other credit cards but my ability to maybe get car loans or mortgages in the future. What they forgot to indicate that Ive been a good customer for over XXXX years never missed a payment never been late and also paid off XXXX mortgages. Im not the type of customer that participates in fraud or fraudulent activities. Consumer should be able to report when fraud is legit and they did not make the charge. But it seems like we are held accountable and punished for reporting such incidents. I dont want this to affect me in the future to be able to move forward with my life. And now its making it rough for me because I have no credit cards and I dont know what this is going to look like in the future.
