Consumer Narrative
I logged in on my Earnin account to close the account fully on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told I had a duplicate account and to contact them. I contacted them. They said I owed around {$520.00} from XXXX and asked me when they could charge the account ending in XXXX. I closed the chat and did not authorize the transaction. When I looked at my bank account, there was a charge for {$640.00}. I can not contact them further about my account because it is closed.
