On XX/XX/XXXX I received report that there was an adjustment on my savings account and I was debited {$3700.00}. Reference # XXXX XXXX. I called Chase fraud department and they told me I had to go to the bank in person. I went to my local Chase in XXXX XXXX and they helped me file a claim with Chase after they made 4 calls to them. They said someone cashed a Treasury check against my account in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and that the Treasury check was for someone that was not even my name, it was a man 's name. I live in XXXX, not XXXX. I called to follow up with Chase on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and they are still unable to resolve. I was actually previously called by Chase on XX/XX/XXXX as someone withdrew {$400.00} on that day from an ATM in XXXX. I had not and Chase filed a claim and refunded my money and I got a new debit card and reset my pin. Little did I know on the same day the treasury check previously mentioned was cashed against my account.
