I was apart of an elaborate scam by a company called XXXX or XXXX that affected thousands of people and millions of dollars were stolen in total. I submitted many disputes for SERVICES NOT RECEIVED. My main concern is with 7 charges of {$1900.00} each. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I submitted disputes for all charges against this merchant on XX/XX/XXXX. Citi closed my disputes on XX/XX/XXXX due to " not responding to a letter asking for more information ''. I NEVER received a letter in the mail, online, over the phone, or through the app asking for this information. I told Citi this and they said I can send in evidence and they MIGHT re-open the dispute. I submitted the evidence on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX and Citi said they will " look into it ''. Other disputes I had against this merchant were closed in the merchant 's favor by Citi due to LIES AND FRAUD and not the reason why I submitted a dispute for. There are thousands of people being affected by this and Citi has been nothing but UNHELPFUL during the process. I would like them to actually sit down and read the EVIDENCE that I ( and thousands of others ) have been SCAMMED for thousands of dollars.
