m requesting a one-time goodwill adjustment for a 30-day late payment reported by Citi in XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX Ive been a Citi customer for over 11 years with a strong history of paying in full and on time across personal and business accounts. In this case, I had set up autopay to pay my full balance each month. However, I later realized that only the minimum was being paid, causing a balance to build up gradually. When I noticed the issue, I paused autopay while disputing over {$900.00} in interest charges with Citi. Unfortunately, during this period, a payment was missed, resulting in a 30-day delinquency. I paid the full balance shortly after. This is my only late payment in over a decade with Citi. I respectfully ask that it be removed as a one-time goodwill adjustment in light of the circumstances and my positive customer history. Thank you for your time and consideration.
