I reached out to XXXX because my interest rate is not listed on the account. I Messaged them asking if they could tell where in my account it lists the interest rates. They kept asking me to verify my account- however I did not want to verify my account since I was just seeking information. Where can I find my interest rates? The interest rates are not listed on our accounts and the only way to access the information is to reach out to customer service. It doesn't state this anywhere on their website, the carecredit paperwork or on their app. I have looked. Without verifying my account the customer rep for XXXX went into my account and shared with me my interest rate. This breached my account as I did not verify my account and actually refused to do so. I have screenshots of this whole situation. I am not ok with the fact that they breach my account and gave me info without me verifying my account.
