Money was taken out of my account over a month ago without my knowledge. Chase informed me that they would be issuing me a provisional credit while they completed the investigation. They closed the claim without issuing me a credit or refunding me the money that was taken from my account. I submitted the claim on Friday afternoon. I checked this morning and I was not given any reason why the claim was closed
