I attended XXXX in the spring of 2006. I was XXXX and did not have money, a job, a credit history, or a cosigner available when these loans were issued ; nor did I have to prove my ability to repay these loans. These were predatory loans that should NEVER have been awarded to me in the first place. No responsible lender would approve a loan for someone who didn't have an established positive credit history without a cosigner. These loans had a high interest rate - what started as ~ {$3000.00} quickly grew to over ~ {$6000.00}. Recently, my information was illegally accessed without my consent by the illegal and fictitious DOGE resulting in a FERPA violation.
