We were unable to locate the conversation that you referenced ; however, if you provide additional information such as the date/time of the call, we would be pleased to review this further and provide feedback if needed. As stated above, we did not receive your application ; therefore, XXXX was not processed onto your account. Additionally, because an application was not received you were and are not eligible for the non-interest-bearing forbearance that is applied to accounts for the XXXX program. This company lies up and down to save money. I recorded the call they can not " locate '' which is a complete lie as I had the agent read back to me the call recording ID. AIDVANTAGE NEEDS TO SEND ME THESE CALLS BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN THE EXACT DATE AND TIME OF MY SAVE APPLICATION AND AIDVANTAGE REFUSES TO FOLLOW THE LAW. WHERE IS CFPB? I AM ACTUVELY BEING LIED TO AND CAN PROVE IT EASILY
