Consumer Narrative
Closed my certificate of deposit XXXX weeks back, and was told I should receive a check in XXXX business days. Called them again, saying I never received the check. They said they had got the address wrong and would send another check again. The second check was also not received, and I call them again. And they say it was again sent to the wrong address. I ask them to cancel the check and send it again or to deposit the money to my checking account and to this I havent received a check nor the money was deposited to my checking account.
