Mohela still has not processed my application for SAVE from XX/XX/XXXX. It is showing my application as in " process '' and so I am not supposed to be billed right now. I called Mohela and they said they would put me in forbearance and then put me in repayment and this is illegal. Also, they have my social security number and birth date wrong so I can not log into Mohela. Income-Driven Repayment ( IDR ) Plan Request In Review Date Submitted : XX/XX/XXXX Income-Driven Repayment ( IDR ) Plan Request In Review Date Submitted : XX/XX/XXXX See? I applied for SAVE specifically on the DEPT of EDUCATION 's website in XX/XX/XXXX and I had XXXX at the time. They never processed my application and then it went to Mohela and they also never processed my application. So I am being unfairly billed when neither student loan servicer processed my SAVE application. I am being illegally billed when I am supposed to be in forbearance until my application for IDR is processed. I want to be put in forbearance asap and I can not login to my Mohela account as they have the social security number and my DOB wrong and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR MOHELA. I was on hold for 4 HOURS today and it hung up on me. I am tired of the illegal behavior of Mohela. They have never changed my IDR based on my income and keep billing me XXXX dollars even when my income changed drastically. Now they illegally took me out of forbearance and are billing me without processing me for the lowest payment on my new income which was XXXX. All of this is illegal.
