The company reported me to credit Bureau for a debt from 6 years ago, that I have never been a part of. Stafford group and associates is the collection company that posted the debt on my credit report even though I have never received any notification for any debt from them before. I have never used XXXX XXXX XXXX, which is the debt they are trying to collect for. I never bought the phone they claim I bought from them. I have never visited the store they say I bought it from and never have used XXXX XXXX as my cell phone carrier. I don't understand how they can have my information when I have not had any business or any transactions with any of these companies. I had the debt removed from XXXX, but I could not get it erased from XXXX. I need help removing this debt because it is not mine and I want to but a house but they will not let me close on the house with this debt. If you look this company up it shows that it is known for its fraud.
