XX/XX/year> I stopped a check. Check was then stolen & altered. Citibank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, locked XXXX accounts. XX/XX/year> new accts opened. XX/XX/year> Citibank locked XXXX newly created accounts. Citibank refuses to say why & what happened. Ive demanded all my money back to no avail. Citibank has repeatedly said accts are still under investigation. Citibank no longer wants to do business with you. Youll get a check in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX days. I have XXXX yr old mom & have to borrow money for food and to pay bills. Absolutely no reason for this lockdown and for holding my money hostage. * I cant access any account information. I get message account is not recognized. I dont know exactly how much $ is locked up and dont trust Citibank to release every penny that belongs to me.
