On XXXX My wife XXXX XXXX went into XXXX XXXX, XXXX CT, branch of Chase Bank. We were in process of Closing account # XXXX, for an XXXX, a company that my wife & I own. To allow for outstanding items etc. to clear, my wife requested, and received, a Bank check for {$120000.00}. This left about {$11000.00} in the account. My wife told the branch manager ( XXXX XXXX ) that she ( my wife ) would return in a few days to get a check for the remaining balance. Before my wife could return, XXXX XXXX, unilaterally removed additional funds from the account via two debits ; {$11000.00} & {$7000.00}. Only the check for {$11000.00} was received. Email correspondence to XXXX XXXX to recover the check for {$7000.00} has been ignored/unanswered by XXXX XXXX or anyone a Chase Bank XXXX
