In their reposting to the credit bureaus, they have described the account as CO ( charged off ) every month since 2022. This is an attempt to re-age the alleged debt and keep it appearing on my credit files longer than allowed. In addition, the statute of limitations for a debt owed to a heal care facility in the state of Florida is XXXX ( XXXX ) years. Finally it is my understanding that CFPB has implemented a rule that medical debt not be reported to credit bureaus.
