My personal and financial data was compromised violating FERPA. My privacy was exposed too XXXX XXXX and unauthorized individual and his employees which is a clear case of a data breach of my private sensitive information and violation. I request full cancellation of my student loan debt showing a balance of {$0.00} and payment history complete XXXX XXXX. These accounts shall be immediately cancelled showing an update. Under the XXXXramm Leach Bliley Act you have a right to opt out of getting your conpublic personal information with non affiliated party And in this situation my rights were violated under the FERPA ACT. They violated your rights bu not providing you with your opt out disclosure. Because as a consumer I have a right to Privacy and also have the right to opt out of getting my nonpublic personal information shared to NON Affilaled Third party persons or companies. 1. Privacy of Education Records - Schools can not disclose personally identifiable information ( PII ) from student records without written consent, except in specific legal circumstances. 2.
