Consumer Narrative
Bank of America has been having people bang on my door at all hours of that day from XXXX to XXXX to serve me a summons for credit card debt. My bankruptcy attorney informed me that apparently there are XXXX summons & complaints against me and they have only successfully served me with XXXX of them. So, XXXX of them posed on XXXX as someone who wanted to buy an item I have listed in XXXX. They said he would meet me with cash at a local XXXX, and communicated with me via a fake XXXX profile. My wife ended up leaving the house with the item to meet this person and the Bank of America representative ran a full force over to her and my daughter to try to serve paperwork. After asking her if she was me, she said no and he walked off very angry and of course no one showed up to purchase the item that was listed because he faked the whole thing. He scared my daughter who is XXXX XXXX XXXX! Now, we waits outside my house at all hours, literally bangs on my door, looks inside my windows, rings my doorbell every day of the week. Its extremely unsettling and Im now afraid to have him approach me. Id like action again them. I have retained a bankruptcy lawyer and am in the process of filing and want this abuse to stop.
