I have an Apple Card through Goldman Sachs. I have had the card for several years. Nothing has changed for contact information in the account. I have {$60000.00} + in the savings account and I attempted to transfer this money to my XXXX XXXX Account. This occurred on approximately XX/XX/XXXX. It was denied and I was told to call them. I called them yesterday. They said the account is flagged to make sure I requested the withdrawal. I told them I did. They verified through my phone number ( sent a code ) and apologized. Told me I was verified and now told me to try again. I hung up and tried again. Today I got a message that it was denied again. I called again today, and after an hour on the phone, being transferred and put on hold. They tell me my phone number in their computer isn't registered to me alone?? I said " so I haven't changed anything for years, and I was able to deposit money no issue, but all of a sudden when I want to withdrawal you have an issue with it? '' They could not give me any answers and said they would issue a case number to have it looked into. The case number they provided is XXXX. Again -- for years no issue with my contact number, or any issue with spending etc. But now when I want to withdraw my money I can not. They come up with some reason with no explanation. I am aware this is not a first for Goldman Sachs Apple Card and savings issues. I am hoping to get some help resolving this. Thank you.
