On XXXX XXXX 2024, I visited XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX. During the visit, I was pressured into applying for XXXX treatment. Although I initially agreed and signed financing paperwork, I told the finance representative ( XXXX ) the same day before leaving that I no longer wanted to move forward. She told me she would cancel the service from her end. The next day, XX/XX/XXXX, I called the office to confirm the cancellation. XXXX said it was canceled, but told me I would need to return on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX, to put it in writing because her supervisor would be there. I returned on XX/XX/XXXX and submitted a signed refund request form. It was signed by office management. I never received XXXX products or began treatment. Despite canceling immediately and following their instructions, I only received a partial refund, and Im still being charged for the remaining balance. I have contacted Synchrony Bank multiple times and submitted disputes, but the case keeps being closed in favor of the provider. I am requesting a full refund for services not received and to have the remaining balance removed.
