Ive been receiving letters about student loans that dont belong to me. The only college i attended was XXXX XXXX XXXX, and i even called them to see why the letters was coming to my mail because my grandparents paid off my college tuiton in full without applying for student loans. Their response was you dont have an outstanding balance on your account. Now recently my credit score dropped dramatically for something i didnt do and its affecting my personal life. I believe either someone used my information or this is just a huge mistake, i have no idea about a student loan.
