To Whom It May Concern, I filed a complaint with the XXXX and now with CFPB, I never got the resolution that I was looking for with the XXXX Please find attached a copy of the complaint Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692g, I requested verification of the debt from Security Credit Services LLC, including a copy of the original contract and they never sent proper proof all they sent were the letters that you will find attached to this dispute, claiming they own the debt. If this is true and you actually own the debt, then you should not have a problem with my request. I would like a copy of the original contract It's my right to request this information under the law. According to the law Security Credit Services , LLC must stop reporting to all XXXX major credit bureaus until they can provide the original contract that I requested so that I can validate this debt. Until I receive the original contract and not screenshots of the account, I can not and do not agree therefore can not validate the debt. Security Credit Services LLC and I never entered into a legally bonded contract to conduct business with one another!
