Back on XX/XX/year> I filled out the general forbearance form and submitted via the MOHELA website for review. I never received any confirmation so in early XXXX I emailed asking about a status update. I received a generic response back asking me to call customer service. You can not get through to a human when you call customer service. When you call you have to listen to lengthy announcements that do not pertain to you, then you are advised that your hold time is going to be 4 plus hours. I have tried the call back feature twice. Both times when I received the call back I was advised that the person who called me back was not in an area that could help me and they would have to transfer me. Once transferred those wait times start all over. I really need someone in the correct department to call me back so we can discuss this application for general forbearance.
