On my credit report summary there is a repeated account that I recently notice appears and has been reported since 1996. I don't don't ever remember having an account with the company listed which is listed as : SYNCB/PENNYS - Date- XX/XX/1996 which is 39yrs ago. I have repeatedly written XXXX and disputed once I realized this on my report. It reports on accounts closed however my credit score is still affected by this information, which is way pass the stature of limitation that XXXX states 10yrs.I wrote XXXX asked that it be removed but know reply and know removal. This seems unreasonable and unfair to my credit score which I'm trying so hard to upgrade as these types of things on my report are holding me back. Under the close section portion of my report the things there continue to updated which I don't understand and XXXX does nothing when I call or write and dispute. Please advise me on what to do because presently I have only 4 things that I pay on time and my score is still at a XXXX from XXXX the other day which I don't understand since XXXX says my score went down by XXXX? It seems like the math is not making sense. I hope to get some resolve to my credit report has it has my life in a state of high interest rate, denial to credit and everything.
