I have a credit account with Synchrony Bank for purchases from XXXX. I had canceled all of my subscription orders with XXXX several months before the order in question was sent. And, when XXXX still tried to ship it to me, I canceled those pending shipments XXXX times. XXXX acknowledged such each time. On the XXXX occasion, XXXX shipped it before notifying me. Once I received notification, I again contacted XXXX, and told them again that I did not want the order, and they instructed me how to return it. As soon as I received it, I took it to XXXX, as instructed and returned it. When the charge appeared on my account, I disputed with the Synchrony Bank, providing the order history, and that I had returned it to XXXX. And, after XXXX denied receiving it back, I provided to the bank a copy of my receipt from XXXX. The bank removed the charge. Now, XXXX has provided additional information on the order. It again is falsely claiming it did not receive the return but, ITS REPLY CLEARLY STATES THAT IT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO XXXX IN XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX!
