My name is XXXX XXXX please add this new issue I need to be complaint to cfbp case number XXXX My name is XXXX XXXX I need to dispute payments XXXX XXXX proce for XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX for {$140.00} and for {$190.00} because I didnt received my service and service wasnt completed fully right and it was a service to serve legal documents to a court office but they wont refund me or help me resolve my issue when I contacted them and when I called the dispute to dispute it for both payments they told me they couldnt dispute it or they dispute it but the system rejected it the same day and close it out for no reason but I told the one agent to reopen it or dispute it again but she told me she will but I dont think she did it she claim she will add a note to it but it might be rejected again so I need yall to reopen the denied disputes for both payments or appeal it to be reopen or refile it for both payments or dispute it for both payments or dispute it again for both payments and then give me the claim number for both disputes for both payments and my card number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or give me a onetime credit for both payments because I disagree with the decision with made account number is XXXXUpdate I got this letter in the mail today and I need yall to reopen the dispute or appeal it to be reopen and investigate again because I disagree with the decision or give me a onetime credit for both payments because I really need my money back for both payments because dispute was mess up by yall agents end and fault it wasnt file right it was rejected couldnt be file or was denied and closed out the same day agents told me and different agents told me different stories it was file or not file or rejected or denied or couldnt be file but I want it to be reopen investigation again fully right or appeal to be reopen and investigate again or file it to a new dispute number for both payments with new clean claim evidence historys and then provide me the new decision for the new claim for both payments or override the rejected or denied claim and favor both payments in my end and add the both payments credits to my account and look at attachment below please etc.
