On Saturday XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX received emails via credit monitoring sites, which included XXXX XXXX, JPMCB card, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX as hard inquiries I did not sign for or authorize. I then proceeded to freeze my credit on all three bureaus. That same day another account tried to get pushed through but couldnt due to the freeze I had.
