While ChexSystems acknowledged and blocked items from my consumer report, they refused to block the following adverse information codes from my ChexSystems score report, despite them clearly being : XXXX XXXX Closure Payment History XXXX XXXX History XXXX XXXX Closure ( s ) XXXX Unavailable Retail Item History XXXX Insufficient XXXX Inquiry Activity Same XXXX These codes continue to adversely impact my ability to open a basic checking account and access essential financial services necessary for rebuilding stability. Under Section 605C, ChexSystems must block any adverse item of information resulting from a trafficking situationthis includes information used in score reports that affect account decisions. Their refusal to suppress these codes not only contradicts 605C, but also discriminates against survivors by selectively applying relief.
