I was recently working with a company that co signs for apartment rental leasing and was made aware of collections I had from apartment complexes I never resided at. All the collection dates I obtained from the collection companies from these properties were in the same time frame. When I reached out to the original debtors I was informed that there were apartments applied to under my name and that the fees for the applications were returned resulting in balances on my credit.
