I got very ill and called to talk to Bank of America that my check was going to be late and I was told that was fine as long as I paid before my next payment was due then I replied this is my last payment for the balance assist I thought everything was ok so I came in to talk to XXXX my business banker for my business account and ask him can he transfer funds from my Checking to my balance assist account to pay it in full on XX/XX/year> and I did not think that XXXX was going to be hit on my Credit report hard was notify by my lone officer that bank of America reported that I was 30 days late and not only that there saying I was late since XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I can not remember but its on my credit report so I am devastate I can not buy me a house because of this so please help me about Bank of America Falsify Information to the credit report Agencies thanks
