My cards including my wallet and my phone was lost and stolen along with my cell phone being lost on different occasions and I have disputed this transaction with Goldman Saks apple card and they are denying my claim. They stated i need to send proof that my cell phone was lost and i contacted asurion my phone insurance agency that sent me my new phone and they provided proof to me that my cell phone was lost and goldman saks apple card also wanted a police report for the lost cards which i sent to them from the XXXX XXXX police department and they said we need those documents to proceed with the claim and close it out on my favor which i have sent to them and they are still denying my 3 claims that i have with them. See attached police report and the asurion document as proof that my cell phone was lost and replaced along with the police report. They are falsely holding me liable for these 3 fraud transactions that were done on my card On different occasions. See attached please. Claim numbers in question and amounts in question are as followed. ( XXXX {$1700.00}, XXXX {$5200.00}, XXXX {$2600.00} ) I have legal proof from XXXX along with asurion and they are holding me liable for these 3 transactions that i did not authorize or allow anyone to make. They are making me pay for these fraud transactions when by law i should not be liable for transactions i did not make nor authorize
