Well I purchased a Flare Card at an XXXX store locater where they do loans.I was wanting to deposit funds on a credit or debit card so I can use later online. The representative at the XXXX XXXX XXXX place told me I could purchase a Flare Card and just deposit funds on there so I can use later on.So.i did. I deposited {$50.00} dollars and the representative gave me my Flare Card.As I got home I tried using it online and couldn't.So I contacted the number on the back of card XXXX XXXXThey told me there was a restriction and they needed for me to send my ID and proof of address to there support team online.So they can verify me so I did.Then I call to check the status the next day and they tell me that my forms were not approved and I no longer can have access to my funds.Then they tell me to resubmit my forms again.And they will check but it's going to take 30 days now.Thats ridiculous I just want to use my funds if not then a refund atleast.But they don't want to help me and now I'm stuck out
